I ordered this HD 4850 video card and I'm wondering if I could/should use the asus software to watch the temps or download something else? For the rest of my build i'll download memtest86+ and cpu-z anything else i need to check?

at this point, there are no differances between the various 4850. so don't feal like your stuck using Asus' software. If it works, fine use it. if it doesn't work dump it for whatever else is out there. I believe I read that the ATI overclocking software hasn't been updated for it yet.
