Hey, Everyone. after thinking about it. i went and oc/ed and i think i came out good. with this chip. i dont think my temps nor my Vid is bad. but i could be wrong.

Here is what i am working with

Load Temps

core 0 40c core 1 40c core 2 45c core 3 45c

VID Cpu-z=1.224v Bios=1.275v
NB VID 1.20v

Idea Temps

core 0 30c core 1 30c core 2 34c core 3 34c

VID Cpu-z=1.240V Bios=1.275
NB VID 1.20V

I ran prime95 for 4 hours. stable no error's

My memory Setting

425.0 x2=850

Fsb:Dram 1:1

5-5-515-2T

Me my self dont think this is a bad o/c and i dont think the Cpu VId is high nor the NB VID.
But i could be wrong.

Now at the stock setting's for the Q9450 the VID was 1.075v. my 750I mobo had it at 1.250v. i belive this is a good low VID but what i am saying i could be wrong. but thats the whole ponit of posting :D :D

Thanks

Hi,

I have a Q9450 2,66 GHZ with a ASUS P5E3 Deluxe with 2GB RAM DDR3 PC 1333 kit. I have put everything on auto and the FSB on 425 now my PC is working on 3,44 GHZ and is good. No overclock problem or stuff like that.
When i have put it higher it's not stable.
