ASUS P5Q-E & control of the fans

Can anyone tell me why i can't regulate the fans at all? All of them are at max speed and nothing I do can help me reduce their rpms!

Have you tried the 'Fan Xpert' features of that motherboard yet?

Yes of course. But it is not working.
