Is 500W PSU enough for 8800 gt and E8400?

My build is below, but to sum it up I have 2 gb, 8800 gt sc, and Intel Core 2 Duo E8400. Is the power supply unit (Antec 500W) below good enough for the build? I already ordered the parts and would prefer to stick with this psu if a change isn't necessary.

Thanks for this site man. I will check it out. And just for everyone to know, I already have the psu. I can't just refund it without refunding the computer case. I got them with in a combo. I would prefer to keep the psu. I only plan to get a different one if I have to, don't want to hurt the hardware.
