I was wondering what effect the bios settings have. i found out what PLL is last night. How about:

1. nb-sb link aspm

2. np nb-sb vc1 traffic support

3. isochronous flow-control mode

4. ht link tristate

5. unitid clumping

6. 2X LCLK mode

7. bank interleaving

8. memclk tristate c3/atlvid

9. memory hole remapping

10. ECC

I'm also searching for the meaning of these:

nb-sb link aspm

2. np nb-sb vc1 traffic support

3. isochronous flow-control mode

with some others I can help.

memory hole remapping: 32bit systems have a boundary limit of 4GB, if you have more, this setting will help your system recognize it.

memclk tristate c3/atlvid: this is related to the energy savings mode, specifically when you suspend to ram, (standby).

bank interleaving: I'm not sure about this one, bit I think it has to do with the way bank rows are refreshed in memory, or the way and order the signal travels to and from them.
