Hey, I don't know whats the problem here but when I played the Crysis demo I could use the Very High settings using the Nvidia Forceware 175.19. Now when I installed the real game it won't let me choose Very High settings, is there a way I can go in some sort of config settings to make it very high?
Damn, I wish I could try Very High since on High settings with anti-aliasing 2x I am getting 50 fps. What would be worst getting 20 fps, they should let me!!! there must be a file with config settings.
175.19 is a big mistake by Nvidia and there was some article about it. It lowers your 3Dmark score by half and FPS by like 20 percent. Uninstall asap !!! And instal older version. 175.16 . You can find the link to it on main driver page at Nvidia site. Its under the place you chose which card you have.
Good luck
There are 2 separate ways to run Crysis in Vista. DX10 and DX9. If you left click on the game Icon (assuming you are running Vista) I believe it should show you the option to run it in either mode. DX9 will not allow you to run Very High.
Hope that helps.

Ah, that must be it because last time I ran the Crysis demo it was on Vista 64bit, but I didn't liked Vista so I went back to Windows XP. Well, can someone tell me where to find the moding thing that enables all the features for XP?
