Ok, so this is my build:

Antec Nine Hundred
GIGABYTE GA-X48-DS4 LGA 775 Intel X48 ATX Intel Motherboard
Intel Core 2 Quad Q9450 Yorkfield 2.66GHz LGA 775 95W
XIGMATEK HDT-S1283 120mm Rifle CPU Cooler
Corsair TX750W ATX12V Power Supply
CORSAIR 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800
VisionTek Radeon HD 4870 512MB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16
Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 ST3500320AS 500GB OEM
2 x LITE-ON 20X DVD±R DVD Burner Black IDE OEM

Basically my question is will I need to buy cables/accessories to connect everything and get it all up and running?

Of particular note are the OEM optical drives and hard drive.

Also, do I need anything else for my CPU/HSF? I got some arctic silver 5 and the Xigmatek retention bracket but do I need anything else?

Thanks in advance.

Nope, all set. MB comes with cables. HS needs TP, but you have that too. Looks good.

Nice list. Do you actually need two DVD burners? It's very easy to use the faster HDD to act as a "virtual optical drive". Also I'd recommend SATA DVD burners - not IDE/PATA.
The only other thing you'll need is some heat-proof gloves.

Get the SATA Burners, not the IDE, about $2 more

nice build, the motherboard will come with sata cables ide cables maybe a few extra heat sinks will come with there own mounting bracket which you need to fit first sometimes dvd,s and hdd dont come with cables, should be enough in the motherboard box, psu come with all cables /screws you need and higher end ones might come with specific adapters which you probably wont need
make all your drives sata if possible.
nothing wrong with corsiar ram (XMS2)

Cool. Thanks guys. Glad to know. I'll make sure and get those drives SATA-flavor.

As far as the ram, I'm only OCing to 3.2, so I don't need higher frequency or anything, plus the stuff I'm getting is $65 after rebates.
