What is your objective?

Both features serve a useful function. You can oc to 3.2 just by changing bclk from 133 to 160, leaving both features activated, and no voltage changes.

I agree for everyday use I run at 167 turbo and ht enabled which give me 3.6+Ghz all voltages on auto. then when I benchmark disable the turbo and ht and set vcore @1.38 mem @ 1.64v and get 215x21=4.5Ghz stable on water.
