K so i got the E7200 and the XIGMATEK HDT-S1283 + retention bracket + Tuniq TX-2 paste.
I returned my gigabyte EP35-DSRL because i realized it was crappy for many reason besides the fact that it doesn't overclock well or work out of the box with the 45nm. So i RMA'd but i need to choose a replacement board i've narrowed it down between 3 and i do plan on overclocking. Please help me decided because my E7200 and 4850 are sitting their boxes waiting to be used.
The Landparty DK is a good board as well but usually you got to love tweaking your rig because, in general, DFI implements a huge amount of options in their BIOS. They aren't geared toward newbies so to speak.

well im leaning most heavily towards the dfi (highest rated doesn't hurt either) because i want to be able to overclock to at least 3.6 but im kind of a n00b when it come sot bios tweak considering i have an ancient board, so i might go for the gigabyte
Also your reason isn't really good for choosing GIGABYTE over ASUS, u mean because u are NEW to using the BIOS u want to go with the GIGABYTE one and OC with a software like Ntune?
Read thos guides and u will find OC'ng easy and fun

no i use ati tool for graphics so i can squeeze out my max overclock. and i really don't like gigabyte (the reason i need a board is because i RMAd one of their boards for being junk)
Yeah GIGABYTE P35 DS3L is a rock solid board too and one of the recommended boards here (as u see i always recommend those 4 P35 boards because there many positive feedbacks on them)
