cpu specifications:
MANLI NVIDIA 6100 VALUE
RAM XMS 2 2GB
PSU EXTREME 450W
PROC AMD ATHLON 5200 X2
GPU NVIDIA ZOTAC 9500GT 512MB

i have done overcloking my pC and after
my processor : 2.7ghz up to 2.9ghz (x13.5 and 215mhz)
ram : frequnecy clock 800ghz,2.0 for energy
GPU: overcloked with zotac firestrom. enggine clock 550mhz up to 610mhz,memory clock 1000mhz up to 1114mhz,shader clokck 1350mhz up to 1503mhz.
in 3D mark 2006 : 5532

if i overclok my processor up to 3.0ghz, its will dumping memory.

SO CAN YOU GIVE ME SOLUTION HOW TO OVERCLOK MY PROCESSOR UP TO 3.0???

Check out the overclocking guides among the forum sticky posts. It may also be that your CPU won't work at 3GHz.

Read the sticky

Pay attention to the RAM settings. Your RAM is holding you back because you didn't change it's settings. Also, since you have a 6100 board you should lower your HT multiplier lest you also fry the chipset.
