how do i change chinese user interface to english? Currently all program menus are in chinese characters.

how do i change chinese user interface to english? Currently all program menus are in chinese characters.

In Control Panel go to Regional and Language and change all references Chines to whichever English you want - proper British English or the American version and also take out the option to allow complex East Asian languages. Click Apply on each of the three pages and OK your way out, then restart the system and see if you got away with it. It works on some language changes but not others.

Re. option to do with East Asian languages, that's on the advanced option page of languages page is it? one of the two options at the top half of box?
If it is I will need to check it again, as I still have chinese characters.
I found English (UK) aswell!
