Wireless connection dies on notebook only after a fless than 30 mins after vista

i updated the sp2 vista yesterday (from sp1). After a few minutes I loose wireless connection on my notebook. The wireless indicator turns from blue to orange on the notebook. All other devices on the network work fine(including the wireless connected devices). I went to the library yesterday and the connection worked perfectly for over 3 hours. but when I get home it cuts off after less than 30 minutes. The computer i have is a hp dv6375us.

I've updated to the latest intel wireless driver

In the device manager of the wireless device i disabled power management and that still didnt help.
