What do I need to upgrade the graphics card on a Dell Inspiron 530?

Apparently I need some PCI-E cable. I dont know what I need.

You have 1 PCIE x 16 expansion slot available. You can add a PCIE video card. However you have a 300 watt power supply. So to power a PCIE video card, you would be limited to a unit that draws power in compliance with the 300 watt PSU.
