What does profile name mean on xp

When I go to send a folder by email using windows xp pro it asks for a profile name..What do I enter to provide the folder to go into my email send format. At present it opens a box "outlook"

Open out Outlook and see what it does. You must have several email profiles setup for Outlook, which is your default email client. Since at some point you or someone else must have setup the profiles, try to remember what settings are in each one. If you don't use Outlook, and just use a web based email, then go into that, and email the folder from there by attaching it to an email you create.
