Are there any decent but inexpensive mobos that Support PCI 2.0? I was going to upgrade my 1950 pro with this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 814121253. My price is around $130-$145. My cpu supports up to 1066 Mhz FSB. Thanx for ur time. :)

ASUS P5Q-E would be an option

Any P45 or P43 Mb will give you a PCIe 2.0 slot.
However, ALL of the cards on your list will be much slower than your current 1950 PRO and NONE of them will need even the full bandwidth of a 16x PCIe 1.1 slot.
If you want a more current GPU, look into a 4670 or 4850.
If your current Mb has a 16x PCIe 1.1 slot, don't waste the cash on a new Mb just to get PCIe 2.0 as it's bandwith is currently un necessary.

Perhaps you could post your full system specs?
