The Internet Usage Caps?

Hey guys, I dont know anything about how much bandwidth I use a month. Playing games and downloading things almost all the time. This whole idea of putting caps on how much bandwidth you can have makes me queezy..... do you guys think like AT&T will actually go through with it and make caps here in Las Vegas, or if they do, do you think COX will do it, because I will not be part of a service that puts a cap on how much internet I can use. I understand why there are differences in speeds determines how much money you pay a month, but how much you use it??? thats rediculous, you are already paying for how much you use in water, electricity, gas, I mean wtf it isnt a utility damnit..... sorry, this is like I said, making me feel really pissed, and queezy....

can you guys say something to help me feel better? lol to have more faith in humanity again? (dramatic, but I dont care... lol)
