my toolbar won't load need help asap

sometimes in a dell, there is a recovery feature
hold down F8 while starting the computer
see if the options "system restore" or system repair is on the available list.
in some models, you can set the computer back to a previous date...before the problem started.
This does not work 100% of the time, but it is certainly worth a look.

also, doing a repair install does not erase the personal files. But it will set everything (like a toolbar) back to a normal state. Directions for a repair are located in THIS forum, fourth post from the top.
