I have the EX58-UD3R gigabyte and i want to overclock my cpu to 3.2 my cooler is Noctua NH-U12P and wondering should i overclock to 3.0 and have turbo mode enabled so it will be 21x or Just raise the bckl a little bit more and disable the turbo mode and ofcourse the speedstep thing also dissabled with turbo mode and will i need to adjust any settings for a 3.2 overclock? vcore qpisettings ram settings etc

3.2 is easy. read this pdf to get the basics. like making sure ur uncore is @ least 2x's ur qpi speed, etc. def do it gradually. and I would make sure that your system can pass a burn in for a few hours at stock speeds. I speak from experience that you can run 3.2 with stock voltages and the stock cooler. I got the cooler master hyper520 cooler and am now running 4ghz safely. Gotta love those 920's

I suggest that you do nothing more than raise the bclk from 133 to 160. Your cooler is very good and will support good overclocking.
Let the voltages default. That will give you 3.2. I consider this to be a very safe OC, since it is only what the $999 i7-965 does at stock.

Leave turbo boost and speedstep activated.

Turbo will increase you to 3.3 when you need it
Speedstep will reduce the multiplier when you don't need it.
