I am currently trying to finish up my upgrades for my PC. I am a gamer, but not over-the-top and am trying to make a decent system for a good price.

I currently have

HD4850 Ati GPU
500W PSU
Intel E6300 Core 2 Duo
Antec 900 Case
3Gbs of DDR2 RAM

I am trying to get a Motherboard that can do a decent job overclocking my CPU so I do not need to upgrade it. And I also would like to have the option to crossfire. Right now I play at 1440x900 19"Widescreen, so crossfire would not really help. But as far as looking into the future, it would be a nice option. I'm willing to spend no more than $180. I want to spend $200 total with a Motherboard and a CPU Fan/heatsink. It seems that the P45 chipset is where my budget is putting me and I linked a couple. Please give any options on the links, also recommend anything you think might be a better option. Thanks

I know this one is not crossfire, but I am not 100% sold on ATI cards, I may go back to Nvidia in the future. I just know this was a very good board a year ago. From what I read too, it should be good at overclocking my CPU

Since your going to be using a ATI card, the evga mobo shouldnt be considered. id go with the dfi personaly. idk why everyone hypes up asus, even though i havent owned one, i dont see whats so special about them.
my opinion: go with the DFI
