Can someone tell me when the nehalem should be release?

After the nehalem release when could be expected for the p45 boards to drop in price?

I have everything for my new build except; p5q3-deluxe(mb), q9550(cpu), and ddr3 800 ram

Is it worth waiting for the prices to drop after the nehalem release or good friday or is the price difference just a minimal and just get it now?

'Nehalem will be released in late 2008 for high-end desktop and dual-processor platforms'

I did some research but google and wikepedia dont answer the following few questions beyond the first.

Don't get the P5Q3 Deluxe, it's a crap board and anyone who thinks or claims otherwise has never gone deep enough. If you think you're going to get a DDR3 board and then recycle the memory on upcoming nehalem you are wasting your money. Nehalem will be optimized for triple channel DDR3 kits that aren't released yet.

I wouldn't hold my breath for big price drops on current motherboards, even after the Nehalem launch. If you're going to build, now is as good a time as any.
