Hi!

I'm looking for a small computer case because i need to take this on an airplane and a laptop is not ideal for my budget nor powerfulness of a computer.

So far I found this one, which looks ok small and light, but i was looking for recommendations from the experts on this site:

LIAN LI PC-60USB B2 Silver Aluminum ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Retail - $100

My computer already has these components so i was going to try switching them out into the new case:

PC Power & Cooling S75QB 750W

XIGMATEK HDT-S1283 120mm Rifle

ATI 4870

GIGABYTE GA-X48-DS4 LGA 775 Intel X48 ATX Intel Motherboard

If there's any problems or suggestions that you have please let me know. Thanks!

Here is the case I use that is a little smaller.

The main drawback is only 3 internal 3 1/2" bays (I have 5 drives in mine)

Here is a shot of mine (it shows a HD 2400 vid card but i have the 3870 in it which didn't arrive until after I took the pics.

It is fairly light but also fairly sturdy, my 47" lcd fell from about 4~5' above it (Bad ceiling mount ) and just put a minor dent on the top of the case.

Awesome, thanks! That one's even smaller. I only have one drive that i intend to use so it'll work out perfectly.

I have a buddy that bought that thermaltake one...it got so hot inside his stuff kept shutting down. There are only 2x 40mm fans in the back, and maybe 1 other 80mm.

I swear someone else posted a thread just like this about getting on planes and needing to take their PC with them as they traveled.

I suggested the NZXT rogue http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6811146043 but was told that was 'too big' for him.

Yeah, that one is probably too big. The LanLi one looks alright though. Here's some guidelines as far as carryon:
