Trying to pick a good Overclocking MoBo

Hello,

I have been having a very tough time picking out a motherboard. I was thinking about this one:
MoBo Option 1: DFI LANPARTY DK P35-T2RS LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail
MoBo Option 2: DFI LANPARTY DK X48-T2RS LGA 775 Intel X48 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail
MoBo Option 3: ASUS RAMPAGE FORMULA LGA 775 Intel X48
But not sure if the RAMPAGE is worth the extra cost.... Perhaps there is a better option out there for me?

I want to overclock over 4.2 GHZ with the the following setup and need an accommodating MoBo (and cooling solution). I am not trying to future proof 4 years here (Look at those Dual Cores ), and I doubt I will XFire on this setup (maybe in the next PC I Build I will get a second 4870x2, I don't know).

My specs are as follows:
