I am compleaty new to all of this and require help from some more experianced people.
I am currently in possetion of:

Prossesser - Intel Q9400

Motherboard - Nvidia 750i Sli (God knows why i bought it)

Ram - Cheap kingston 6gb 800mhz (All with added heatsinks)

GPU - Radion HD 4870 x2

I have comnpleatly uprated the cooling for the CPU.

I have been reading guides on overclocking and to be honest i am finding the motherboard Bios to be a bit aof a nightmare.
I have only managed to clock it slightly, But i think i am doing it all wrong, I would be forever in your debt is some one could help my set it up and give me a good start in to the world of overclocking.

Please Help :(

I've heard that Nvidia boards don't overclock well at all, altho I haven't seen any :bounce:

I have looked in the bios there are a million and one settings for overclocking the ram and the prosseser. But i need some guidance.
