CPU block isn't seated correctly and shutting down due to thermal? Are you sure your pump is powered and pushing coolant? If it isn't cooling your CPU, a waterblock isn't a very good passive cooler.

What WC setup did you install?

WC Cooling parts are custom made, bought it from a pc shop. Tested without the wc pump turned on, fan attached, but no avail.

Custom made...meaning what? Actually designed and milled, or just 'chosen' and installed?

it's not like a set, i bought them piece by piece, With their own logo on top of the cpu waterblock

Okay, lets get past the 10 questions. Please post the list of parts you bought, and post pics of the setup.

You probably mismounted something, have massive air in the loop, or some other issue. Since you bought the parts from a real store I guess they should be able to help you out hoprefully.

I need to know it is something to do with the MB or PSU?

Thanks for help

Reply to fortuneflyer777

OK, so i've just tested the power with my multimeter, psu power runs fine but the mb atx12v power plug was fried :o , and some parts were running hot

Reply to fortuneflyer777

Yay...your pump probably was crap and pulled too much and burnt your PSU. Way to buy cheap junk.

I would recommend buying a pump with external power, that way you don't have to use up power from the PSU. Unless you want to buy a new power supply with high wattage and amps, and that would cost a nice sum.
