Hello,

I have a new 500 GB 3.5" SATA HDD which is emtpy, 1x 3.5" IDE drive with XP, 1x 2.5" SATA with Vista and 1x 2.5" SATA with Seven.

I want to copy each of the OS drives to seperate partitions on the 500GB (I plan to tri boot). I would like to ask which is the best way to do this? I have 2 IDE/SATA 2.5/3.5" to USB adaptors too.

Thanks!

Register or log in to remove.

Insert each drive in the computer and image it to an external hard drive with Acronis True Image.
Then restore the images to the new drive. You may have to do some partition shrinking. Get a third party boot manager.
When you boot select the operating system you want to run.
