I am upgrading from a E7200 @3.8G (400Mhz x 9.5 @ 1.33cpuv). It ran fine for a year. I am bored an want to try a C2Q before i finally need to change mobos and RAM for the next socket type.

I have once again read all the stickies on OCing Intel's Core 2 and Core 2 temp guide.

My new cpu will be here in a day or so. What kind of OC can i expect with what settings? Is it as simple as 400Mhz x 8.5 @1.32cpuv-1.35cpuv to get 3.4Ghz.
