Locked out of my computer!!! Help

I was trying to shut down my computer and a box came up telling me 'This computer is in use and has been locked' it is asking for a user name and password that I have never set up. Windows XP home edition.

Someone set a password.

Because of security issues, the forum rules don't allow us to provide support in bypassing passwords.

About the only advice I can give, is to restart the computer.
