I WANT A POP UP WINDOW OR MESSAGE WITH DETAILS OF PREVIOUS LOG IN DATE AND TIME OF MY COMPUTER WHENEVER I LOG IN.

I don't know if such a thing does exist, never heard of that and have never seen it but I can assure you that if your request is because you want to know who is going on your computer, one of the best ways to see if anyone is, is to go into the event viewer...Start, run, type: eventvwr.msc, click ok and on the left side you will see "system"...Click on that and on your right side will show you the dates and times...
