Hello im a bit worryied as ive baught this very expensive video card

HIS ATI Radeon HD 3850 Turbo IceQ3 512MB DDR3 AGP

its not running full speed it said on spec's page the speed of the memory was 1600mhz
however in rivatuner i see 900mhz what wrong :S also with the drivers that came in the box i installed and tryed it
on the css benchmark i got an overage of 30fps :SS before my Geforce 5900 got 90fps

Heres my pc specs

AMD Athlon 2600+ 2.0ghz

1.25gig ram

K7S8X Mobo

600Watt Psu

and iw ould think your processor is a bottleneck

Download and install the latest AGP Hotfix Drivers. Your card throttles it's clocks at idle to save energy. When you run a 3d app, your clocks will raise to their proper levels.

Thakn for help guys ive ordered a AMD athlon xp 3200+
its the best cpu my mobo is compatbile with so that shoudl reduce thebottleneck yes?
also i managed to get the card running decent with the drivers on disk but i still only gte 40fps in css-_-
also it sometimes dips below 19fps on zombie maps which sucks extremely as this is supposed to be badass gfx card
i hope thenew cpu will reduce lag and the hotfix drivers aswell

I fix that in rtcw typing in the console r_primitives 2 and fps runs high again.
