some friend said that it could be the psu for not supliyng me enough power because has 20A for 12V but i changed it today with a more powerful one,and if it is the ram wich one should i try?

You can try one stick at a time, or change the ram timings in the bios if you're getting bluescreens or your screen freezes at the post. List all your specs and be more specific about your problem.
