3850 pencil mod

Hello, my HD 3850 from sapphire is ending for memories at 1700 from default 1400MHz. Core frequency is possible about 850Mhz with vmod from bios flash. I wanna higher frequency at memories, but it want more voltage on them. Can you help me, which rezistor i must pencil..? Thanks.
