Have you read any of the forums here. We certainly can make suggestions, but that's a lot of things you are asking about.
I'd recommend getting a P45 motherboard (P35 is older tech - no PCIE 2.0) or and X48 (X38 is older tech - no PCIE 2.0). X48 will allow you to crossfire the GPUs later on. The P45 will be limited because it won't have 2 full x16 slots on the mobo.
You will probably want a 4850 or 4870 (200-300 each). Be careful because the 4870 will require some extra power - 2 6 pin PCIE connectors.
There are plenty of 2x2GB sets out there that are good and inexpensive. Corsair, GSkill, Patriot, Mushkin, OCZ, Crucial are good. You may want to check the mobo manfacturers site to see which ones have been tested as compatible.
Get 1 or 2 Hard Drives. I'd suggest the Western Digital 640gb - 2 320 gb platters if you are only getting one.
Check through the power supplies - PC power and cooling is a great company. Corsair and seasonic make good ones as well. I have not had problems with OCZ too.
The case is up to you. Make sure it is a mid-tower ATX or full-tower ATX.
You already had processors in your list, so I don't want to get into it. The Q6600 is still a good performing quad. The E8400 is an excellent dual.
You've got plenty of research to do still man. Read up around here. Check out the review and use the power search on newegg.com.
Vmak you mite want to do some leg work and be so lazy.
You will be well rewarded with a rig you know inside and out.
