i decided to buy 7300 gt 512 and my mobo is asus p4sgx-mx .
is there any compatible prob'?

Why you would buy such an old, weak card is beyond me unless you got it really cheap or are using it as a decent upgrade to integrated graphics... but anyways, if your Mobo has an AGP slot, you're fine.

well i have no other choice for current mobo and there is no other choice for me in the shop. i think it's run lot of game but not good fps and details.

Well, you don't HAVE to buy a card from whatever 'shop' you're referring to. There's plenty of online stores to browse through and a lot of them offer far better prices than anything you'll see in a typical computer hardware store or big chains like Best Buy.

Yes, your board has an AGP slot. So in other words you should be fine with that card (meaning it will work, just not very well).

this one is $65 + S&H on the egg, and easily beats that 7300

The only issue I can see is to make sure that it is 4X/8X compatible (as your board has a 4X AGP slot).
