For the PSU, I would get Corsair or PC Power & Cooling, they both make very good quality power supplies and 850W is a bit overkill for that build, get like the 610W PC Power & Cooling PSU and you should be good.
For the HD, I would get a 7200.11 because it has a 32mb cache,it will perform better and it's not much more expensive.
Also, if you're planning to overclock, you're going to need an aftermarket CPU cooler and some thermal compund.

I know you have chosen P5Q because of it is bundled with HD4850. Just for information, you can't reach optimum Xfire configuration with any P45 chipset mobo. If you are planning to Xfire your system now or sometime in the future, I suggest that you pick a X38 or X48 chipset, if not than this is not a problem to you.
