why would you want to disable the security?

Go Start then Run and on the Open box, type control userpasswords2 then hit Enter. You see an expanded version of the usual Control Panel form where you can untick "Users press Ctr./Alt/Del to access this computer", click Apply and OK your way out. Restart the computer and you should go straight in.

It isn't really a security add-on when anyone sitting at the machine has already been told what to hit to gain access but if the system is taken over remotely, unticking that option will mean that anyone else will be able to log in as easily as you can.
