I'm running with a core i7 w/ a base clock of 180x20, and I'm getting round off errors in prime95. However, turbo is still kicking in, so I assume Ram is unstable. I'm using a x8 multiplier ~1440 mhz on DDR3 1600 Viper (3 sticks of 2gb) at 1.65v. Will raising my vtt core voltage make any difference, or is the 1.65v the only thing that matters?

Don't jump to conclusions. If you want to know if it's your ram that's unstable, test it with ram test utilities like Memtest86. You can download it at http://www.memtest86.com/

Click on Free Download on the left to download an iso image. Burn the image to cd, make sure the cd/dvd drive is first in your boot priority in the bios, then boot from cd and run the test. If you get error messages or bad results then it is your ram.

If it really is your ram that causes the problems then try resetting your ram clock speed settings to default. Check If you have good air circulation in your case...good luck...
