Ive had this board for almost 2 years. I currently have an Intel Core2 Duo 6700 - 2.66 Ghz. I want to put a new CPU in.

Well is supports 1333MHZ CPUs

So u can use E8xxx series on it but u have a pretty good CPU now,E6700 is a good CPU and going from E6700 to E8400 wont give u alot better performance.i sugget u get a DDR2 800 RAM CL4 so u can OC your CPU.
