Hardware incompatibility?

So ive decided to by a DFI LANPARTY DK X38-T2RB mobo from newegg but the cpu fan i was planing on getting it with (ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 7 Pro 92mm) seemed to be a bit of a tight fit or so thinks one of the reviewers. I was wondering if this could overtly become a problem over time and if so if there was any other decent cpu fans around that price that could be recommended. Ty for your time.

Take those reviews with a grain of salt. I reads reviiews that are so far off I wonder if they are reviewing some other item. That cooler should work fine.

I'm not sure why it would be tight, but sometimes components like heatsinks and DDR slots get in the way.
