Of those cards listed, only the 3850 comes in the AGP flavor that he needs. If you are looking for a good AGP card without spending a lot of money, the 7600GS is your best bet. Not a power house, but it should provide semi decent frame rates in most games. If you can, try to find the 7600GT, 7800GS, 6800GT, or the x1950pro. The x1950pro is the fastest of those. Another to consider is the 2600Pro. It might even be faster then the 7600GS, though I'm not sure about that.

Ugh. How you could you possibly recommend a 6800GT? Man, talk about yestertech! And I think it's worth mentioning... there is no guarantee your current PSU will handle a more modern/capable GPU.
i recently had a 2600XT on the AGP socket and it was great, although my processor (athlon oc'd to 3.0ghz) was the bottleneck. Really annoyed me that i could only get about 60% load on my graphics card.
Although AGP is pretty much out the water for games released in the last couple of years (if you want them to be pretty and give good FPS).
The reason why I suggest the 6800GT is that it should be faster then the 7600GS. The 7600GT is just faster then the 6800GT, so the 6800GT should be faster then the GS. It will be hotter and use more power, but it should provide ever so slightly more frames. Add in the fact that you can probably find one rather cheaply, an important thing for AGP, and the 6800GT isn't to bad of a deal.
