Press guide and info buttons (while cablebox is OFF) on the box (not the
remote), then follow the setup on the screen. Make sure that you
unselect 480i and have 480p selected and all the rest of options such as
1080i, 720p, 480p, etc.
Also, when setup is complete, use the remote and click on menu TWICE and
select Set
icture Format. Select upconvert-1.
If that doesn't work, call Comcast.
