I have a Samsung lcd monitor thats has a maximum resolution of 1400 x 900. My LCD TV is 1080p and can get 1900 x 1080. Is there a video card out there that can display one resolution out of one dvi port and a different resolution out of the other dvi port? ~thanks.

Any of them can, at least any made even remotely recently.

my 7600 gs doesn't output 1080p but I can't even get it to the correct settings where it ouputs 1400 x 900 to my computer monitor and 1024 X 768 (best available res my card outputs that my tv can use) to my lcd tv.

Anyone familar enough with nvidia settings to help me get this running so I can know what to look for in a new card?

If its all new cards, does this feature have a name?

7600GS should support up to a max resolution of 2560 x 1600. Not sure why your LCD is limited to 1024 x 768. Maybe you need new drivers?

yeah even my crappy 7300 can push 14x9 out of the vga and 720p out of the dvi

What I am saying is i don't know where in the nvidia settings to go to get one resolution to my computer monitor and one to my lcd tv. Can anyone help with this?
