Out of courtesy, in case you're wondering why you have no replies, it's because we don't offer advice in cracking password at Tom's in case we inadvertently help someone hack into another person's computer. Sorry but you're on your own on this one.

Exactly. If you need help and the PC is yours, get in touch with MS and they can help you out, provided that you provide proof of ownership.
