I have a 7900GT and i have money to waiste...

but i'd like to have something that is not power hungry, as less as possible, & low heat but with some decent performances,

i dont need some top notch videocard.. just a decent one...

any suggestions? thank you!

I would say the 9600GT.

The HD3850 and 9600GT both consumes about the same amount of power.

Check out the benchmarks in the review below to determine for yourself based on which games you would prefer to play:

8800GT. dual slot cooler (quiet and cool) dirt cheap at $119 at tigerdirect...

I might believe that the Radeon 3800 series might be your best bet for low power consumption... The chips are relatively tiny; the 9600 series does seem to come close, though... I might peg them both at perhaps comparable amounts of power-per-watt of TDP.
