unmountable_boot_volume blue screen

Last night I bought a new headset the Corsair HS1, after installing the drivers everything went fine, I turned off my computer last night woke up and now I Get the "unmountable_boot_volume" blue screen. I am starting to think This might be related to my installation of my headset from last night? Is it possible? And how do I fix it.

Possible, but not likely. Run a chkdsk on the drive by booting your XP CD and running the repair console. If there are any bad sectors, the hard drive should be replaced.
