Budget gamer help

So I just lost my budget for an $800 system from my previous thread.

If I go with a Core 2 Duo E7200 and a ATI 3870, is there a good mobo for <$100 that will support 4 gigs DDR2 800 that won't let me down?

BTW- if this is something that will just fudge me over later then let me know b/c I don't want that!
