I can't boot up anymore !! I tried to overclock my cpu and i don't know what happened but i can't boot up.When I press the power button all the fans turn on and they spin at max speed and thats it ,nothing appears on the screen and there is no bip sound.NOTHING
This happend when I set up my overclock parameters and rebooted.
I had this message: NEW CPU DETECTED.UPDATING SYSTEM.DO NOT PRESS POWER BUTTON. But I di't change my cpu only the fsb and the voltage. And there where some strange lines on the screen to like artifacts.
When this message appeared I waited for about 5 min and turned the power off because nothing happened.
Is my motherboard dead!!?? PLEASE HELP!!

Clear CMOS and then set it back to default settings.

Already did that.Still no boot ,no bip, nothing just the fans spining.Maybe I should try a long clear CMOS aout 10 min?How should I do it exactly?I don't really know.
Here is the rest of my system:E8400 3.6 ,8800 GTS 512 SLi, 4GB ram,600 Watts PSU. Everything worked fine for a couple of months until I tried to OC my CPU further.I tryed to reach 3.8 GHZ.

I sent my mobo back to the shop were i bought it.They are checking to see if it's the mobo.
Is the mobo the problem or another component?
When I overclocked I set the fsb to 1689 and the cpu voltage to 1.2?When I reboted I got a message saying :New cpu found, updating system with the strange artifacts already mentioned. What ould be wrong?A cpu can't die with only 1.2 voltage. What do you think is the problem??
PLEASE HELP!!! NEED OPINIONS
