my pc is running but dvd drive & and usb port is not working what is the problem ?

Check the cables at the back.
Make sure power and data cable are connected to the DVD drive.
Make sure it is recognized in the bios.

Your CD drive or DVD drive is missing or is not recognized by Windows or other programs

The USB port may have a cable that connects to the motherboard. It should fit one way only. Otherwise delete the USB entries in device manager and reboot.
