Hey

i go to my amd overdrive and set my Bus speed to 210 hits apply and it frezz and i need to power off and on again ???

can someone help

You may have to lower your multiplied to increase the FSB. But I wouldn't be surprized if you still can't get over 210, as increasing the Bus speeds also increases speeds of other components. So your increasing power consumption and more than likely have reach the limit of your 500 watt power supply.

i can get it to 225 in bios with only FSB

Interesting, I can usually get farther in OverDrive then I can in the BIOS. So I guess I'm not much help.

OP, why are you even messing with the bus speed when you can up the cpu multiplier, you have a black edition cpu

@AKM880, if your asking do I OC using AOD, the answer is. I use it to find what my limitations are. Then go into the BIOS to set my Clocks, not loading AOD clocks at start up.
This is a run using AOD

I couldn't run any apps. without crashing above @3948 using the BIOS.

I have given up on overdrive , it always froze my system , luckily I have an asrock board so I use asrock oc utility
