I7 Temperatures?

Are my temperatures too high for stock?

At idle, my temperatures (according to Core Temp 0.99.4) are:
41
35
40
36

My temperatures (according to Speedfan) are:
26
20
20
25

Which one should I pay attention to? And are these too high, and I should not overclock?

My specs are:

i7 920
GTX 260 core 216
6GB DDR 3 RAM
Dark Knight CPU Cooler
Case: Storm Scout - came with 3 fans, installed one extra (120mm)

I'd believe Core Temp, between those two. As for temps, it's impossible to say if yours are too high or not - idle temps aren't that relevant. What are the full load temps (Prime95)?

they hover around the low 60's (but I only ran the program about half an hour)

I agree with cjl here. I would say Core Temp is more accurate.
