Hey everyone,

I'd like to start off by thanking anyone who replies here. Hopefully this is a straightforward question.

I have 2 computers in my office, one primary, the other secondary (probably running as a server). I'd like to have dual display for my primary computer and may be looking into another monitor (small and cheap).

Is it possible so that I can have a dual display for my primary computer, but then be able to switch the second monitor (and just the second monitor) over to displaying my second computer?

Perhaps this is a better description. Imagine 2 completely separate and fully functional computers. Both with their own mouse/keyboard/monitor. However, 90% of the time, I want to use the secondary computer monitor as a dual display for my primary.

This is how I imagine the setup.

Will this work? I'd like to know before dropping money on another monitor/switch.
